The point is to prevent obesity and getting into shape a lot of things that must be considered. Intention to have a healthy and ideal body will be in vain if only rely on one kind of business. For healthy, a person must be willing to pursue all things, from exercise, eating right to sleep enough. The total concept is simple secrets to get the ideal weight and healthy living.

“Can not we just rely on just one instance of factors constant exercise or consumption of healthy food but lack of sleep for example. To get a good result needed a total concept or the overall concept,” said Dr. L Toruan Phaidon, MM is also the author of Fat Loss Not Weight Loss.

According to him, each person does have a biological clock and the biological factors that vary, but with a good setting nothing is impossible, including maintaining weight loss.
